We are looking for people that are interested in helping run the Sports section of the website. We need 2 mods that are willing to recruit people to the site. They also need to run the sports section of the site. They will take orders from myself with what will be happening with the sports section, but it's mainly their goal to run it. Almost as your own section of the site. If you are interested in this position, please fill out the following application.

I have to talk to the other owner of the site to see was he thinks about getting you in as a mod/ref.
We sure can use the extra help once we get bigger, and if you get the job now, we have to be willing to count on your to be here for the long run.

Pretty much you just recruit people to come and join the site.
